Novel idea - Great Fun

This was a surprisingly enjoyable book. What a fun idea to view the

world from the persective of balls! This is the story of tennis ball who

finds himself under the school gym with a host of other balls -

football, rugby ball, marbles, cricket ball, basketball and so on.

Tennis ball is not prepared to remain there as a lost ball and goes on

various adventures.

This is a fun book which I found easy to read.

This may appeal to children who prefer to be active rather than reading.

The story flowed well and was amusing in places.

The book is split

into chapters so is ideal for bedtime reading or for those who like to

read short chunks at a time. I wasn't too sure about the font to begin

with but it is actually easier to read that some of the more block like

fonts. Every couple of pages there is a full page colour illustration

which breaks the text up nicely.

My only complaint is that it isn't a ping pong ball it is a TABLE TENNIS BALL !!!

A great fun book which I would be happy to recommend for a younger junior school aged child.

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher.
