Life must go on ....

It should be "business as usual" for Detective Inspector archer at Scotland Yard. He has a murder to investigate and a son to bring up in occupied Britain but the Nazis are showing too much interest in his case and the resistance want him to get involved in freeing the king from the tower.

Perhaps a little too much emphasis on the different German departments and their rivalry but a very clever and believable evocation of a post-war occupied London.

Riveting and quite frightening - it could have been like this.
